At AgroMind we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we process, for which purposes, the legal bases, how long we keep it, who we may share it with, and your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish regulations.

What data we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact data: name, company, email, phone (if you provide them).
- Professional/context data: crop, hectares, area/province, needs, messages and other information you provide when requesting a demo or quote.
- Navigation and technical data: IP address, identifiers, device/browser information, pages visited, and basic usage events (depending on analytics/cookie settings).
- Communications: records of emails and messages exchanged with you.
Purposes and legal bases
We process your data for the following purposes and under these legal bases:
- Respond to inquiries and requests (including demo): consent and/or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Manage commercial relationship and proposals: performance of pre-contractual steps or contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Send marketing communications (if you authorize it): consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Improve the site, security and fraud/abuse prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, handling rights requests): legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We may share it only when necessary to provide the service or comply with obligations:
- Hosting, CDN, analytics, email, CRM or support providers (acting as processors under contract).
- Messaging providers (e.g., WhatsApp) if you choose to contact us through that channel.
- Public authorities and competent bodies where legally required.
International transfers
Some technology providers may be located outside the European Economic Area or process data from third countries.
In such cases, we will apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures, where applicable).
Retention periods
We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes:
- Inquiries/demos/quotes: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless it becomes a contractual relationship or you request deletion earlier.
- Marketing communications: until you withdraw consent or object.
- Data required for legal compliance: for the periods required by applicable law (e.g., tax/accounting).
- Security logs: strictly as long as necessary for security and auditing.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise them, email xavier@agromind.es indicating the right you want to exercise and providing sufficient information to identify you.
You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe processing does not comply with regulations.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, and security best practices). However, no system is completely infallible.
Minors
Our services are not directed to minors. If you are under 14, please do not send us personal data without authorization from your parent or legal guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. We will publish the current version on this page and indicate the last update date.
